To support a digital transformation program, the full-time Junior Product Designer with Clearance will assist in human-centered design activities, translating user needs into intuitive digital solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Support discovery to identify automation, dashboard, AI, and workflow improvement opportunities Assist with user interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions to inform product concepts and designs Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation to enhance user experience Required qualifications 1+ year of experience in product design, UX, HCD, or related fields; relevant internships or portfolio work may be considered Bachelor's degree in HCD, HCI, UX, design, or a related field Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and clear design documentation Basic understanding of user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret-level security clearance Virtual Vocations Inc
