Job Description
We are seeking an Accounting Assistant in Irving, TX to provide administrative support to our accounting department in a dynamic construction environment. This role is open to both entry-level and experienced candidates who have previous experience supporting accounting functions or accounting teams. Responsibilities include assisting with invoicing, billing, expense tracking, and other accounting-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a project-oriented setting and can effectively manage changing priorities. Above all, we are looking for someone who understands the importance of confidentiality and demonstrates a high level of trustworthiness and professionalism.
Requirements:
Previous experience supporting accounting functions or working within an accounting department
Ability to thrive in a project-oriented construction environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong integrity, professionalism, and a proven commitment to maintaining confidentiality and trust
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a Work From Home half-day every Friday
